Terms of Service.

  1. Booking and Payment: To reserve the date for event photography, a non-refundable retainer fee of 40% of the total package price is necessary. The remaining balance must be paid 28 days prior to the wedding date. Any extra expenses should be agreed upon in writing prior to the event.

  2. Timeline: The photographer must arrive precisely one hour before the event and stay until the end as outlined in the contract. Any additional hours required will incur an extra fee.

  3. Images: You can expect to receive the final images in a digital format within 2-3 weeks after the event date. The photos will be conveniently displayed in an online gallery for viewing and downloading. The package agreement specifies this timeline. However, you can also expect to receive up to 5 "taster" images within 2-3 days after the event date.

    *All photographs captured by myself as the photographer shall be subject to exhibition in the galleries on my website.

  4. Copyright: The ownership of all images remains with the photographer, without exception. Nevertheless, the client will be provided with a personal use license that allows them to distribute the photographs as they are delivered to the client.

  5. Rescheduling: In the event that rescheduling becomes necessary and I, as the photographer, am unable to accommodate the new date, you can rest assured that the retainer fee will either be refunded to you or transferred to a new photographer.

  6. Cancellation: It's important to keep in mind that if the booking is cancelled, the retainer fee cannot be refunded.

  7. Additional Services: If you're looking to take your experience to the next level, you have the option to purchase additional services such as album design, prints, and canvases for an extra fee.

  8. Liability: As the photographer, I want to remind clients that the responsibility for backing up digital files falls on their shoulders. While I strive to keep all files and products safe, I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. loss or damage that may occur to the digital files or final products.

  9. Changes to policy: The policy may be modified at any time by the photographer, and the client will be notified of any changes.

  10. Entire Agreement: This agreement represents the entirety of the agreement between the parties, replacing any previous discussions or written agreements.

  11. Modifications: It is crucial that both parties sign off on any written changes made to this agreement.

  12. Conventions: As a photographer, if I hand you a card with a number on it at an event and request that you fill out a form for the photographs, it's important to note that any changes to the pictures are not allowed. This means that no filters, edits, or modifications of any kind should be made to the photographs. It's essential to post the pictures exactly as they are, without cropping off my watermark.
