Terms and Conditions for Use of Images of Minors

By providing consent for the use of photographs featuring individuals under the age of 18 ("minors"), you ("the Parent/Guardian") agree to the following terms and conditions with Stu Whittaker Photography ("the Photographer").

  1. Purpose of Use: You hereby grant the Photographer permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of the minor(s) under your guardianship (hereinafter referred to as "the Images") for the sole purposes of display and promotion on the Photographer's social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and the Photographer's website: www.stuwhittaker-event-photography.co.uk.

  2. Scope of Use: The Images will be used exclusively for showcasing the Photographer's work and attracting potential clients. The Images will not be sold, licensed, or used for any other commercial purposes beyond the promotion of the Photographer's services on the aforementioned platforms.

  3. No Compensation: You understand and agree that no monetary compensation or any other form of remuneration will be provided to you or the minor(s) for the use of the Images.

  4. Duration of Use: The Photographer reserves the right to use the Images indefinitely on their social media platforms and website.

  5. Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of the Images at any time. To do so, please notify the Photographer in writing via email. You can reply to any email you have received from Stu Whittaker Photography to do this. Upon receipt of your written withdrawal of consent, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to remove the specific Images in question from their social media platforms and website within a reasonable timeframe.

  6. Copyright: The copyright of the Images remains with Stu Whittaker. This agreement grants the Photographer a license to use the Images for the limited purposes stated herein.

  7. Liability: The Photographer will take reasonable care to ensure the Images are used in a respectful and appropriate manner. However, the Photographer shall not be held liable for any unforeseen misuse of the Images by third parties once they are publicly displayed online.

  8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and 1 Wales.

By providing your consent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
